f(x) = -3x + 7
f(-3) = -3(-3) + 7 = 9 + 7 = 16

g(x) = -7x + 3
g(-3) = -7(-3) + 3 = 21 + 3 = 24

f(-3) - g(-3) = 16 - 24 = -8
