Answer:

y=mx+b

To find the slope:

m= Y2-Y1/X2-X1

m= 9-(-9)/ (-4)-(-6) = 18/2 = 9

y=9x+b

Plug in any of the coordinates

y=9x+b.  (-6,-9)

-9=9(-6)+b

45 = b

y=9x+45
