A resource that cannot be replenished by natural processes is called a nonrenewable resource. Once you've depleted this resource, and used all of it up, it cannot be created all over again in nature. It is gone forever, unless people find a way to recreate it from scratch using technology. Such resources are oil, natural gas, or coil, as opposed to lumber, or water, or air.
