If the slope is unidentified, then that means when using the point gradient form (y = mx + b), m = 0.  This means that there is NO GRADIENT and therefore, no x value (as anything multiplied by 0 equals 0).  This gives an equation of y = 5 as the is a y-intercept of 5.  

The graph of this equation would show a horizontal line that is perpendicular with the x-axis, and passing through the y-axis at positive 5.
