The kinetic energy of electrons is directly proportional to frequency of incident radiation which is above the threshold frequency of the metal, and kinetic energy of the ejected electron is independent of intensity of radiation.

Hence, on increasing the intensity of light ( by making the lighter brighter), there is not effect on the kinetic energy as it depends on the frequency not the intensity.
