According to Kepler’s second law, where in a planet’s orbit would it be moving fastest? Where would it be moving slowest?

According to Kepler's second law the speed of the planet depends on the distance between the Sun and the planet the speed of planet is the fastest when the planet is closer to the Sun and speed of the planet is the slowest when it is farthest from the Sun. This the Kepler's law , It determines how the speed of the object varies according to orbit.
