x² + y² = 15

(x-a)² + (y-b)² = r²

(x-0)² + (y-0)² = (√15)²       center is at (a,b) which is (0,0)

                                           and radius is: r = (√15)² = √15

center: (0,0)

radius: √15

hope it helps!
