Emma Burke's point of view about the earthquake is based on the behavior of the human being. She thinks that people act positively in the face of a tragedy like an earthquake. That the human being shows his solidary side and that all the restrictions and rules that society imposes disappear in fortuitous events like these and give rise to the goodness and progress of the human race.
