The warrior's role in Japan's Government after the 1100 was By 1100, the samurai effectively held both military and political power over much of Japan.

The warriors also were hired by a daimyo to protect him and his land

By the way a Daimyo is (in feudal Japan) one of the great lords who were vassals of the shogun.
