The British parliamentary general election is held every five years. It is always held on the first Thursday in May every five years. The next one is scheduled to be on the 5th May 2022. The current British parliament is ruled by the Conservative party with it's Prime Minister being Theresa May. The two main parties in parliament are always Conservative and Labour.
