Well technically speaking yes. Venus rotates on its axis at 4.05 mph as for humans highest speed is 28 mph. Which mean we could out run Venus by 7 times. But in space you cannot run faster than Venus because humans are slower than how they usually would be on Earth, plus we would die if we touched Venus. So it could be a no, but yes might the best answer.
