f(x)=3/2 x+b
1)we have to calculate b
f(6)=7   ⇒  3/2 (6)+b=7
9+b=7
b=7-9
b=-2

Then: f(x)=3/2  x - 2

2) Now, we calculate f(-2):
f(-2)=3/2 (-2) - 2=-3-2=-5

Answer:  f(-2)=-5
