As we know that the formula of kinetic energy will be

[tex]KE = \frac{1}{2} mv^2[/tex]

now here we know that

m = 2 kg

v = 1 m/s

so from the above equation we have

[tex]KE = \frac{1}{2}(2)(1^2)[/tex]

[tex]KE = 1 J[/tex]
