There are 60 minutes in an hour, so 6 times more than 10 minutes. Knowing that, we simply multiply 6 with the number of pages read in 10 minutes and we will get the rate in pages per hour:

6 * 8 1/3 = 6 * 25/3 = 150/3 = 50 pages per hour
