Glucose or ATP. Glucose is a complex sugar that is made up of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen, but because it is a sugar, it does provide energy for the human body. But ATP or adenosine triphosphate is know as the power house or energy source of all living cells.
I would say things like food. Protien would be an example (Fish, chicken etc;)
