First to get rid of the parantheses we must multiply the -1 (which is represented by the negative symbol) by the numbers inside the parantheses.

-(7-2x)+7=-7

-7+2x+7=-7

Then we add like terms.

-7+2x+7=-7

2x=-7

Finally divide both sides by 2

2x=-7

2x/2=-7/2

x=-7/2

The final answer is -7/2

Hope this helps!
