AB=BC=CD together with the fact the horizontal lines are parallel implies that HG=GF=FE (can be proved using triangle similarity).  So knowing FE=5.1 implies FG=5.1

Since we now know that the horizontal lines are equidistant, it means that ML=LK=KJ (same argument as above). Therefore KL=7.6.
