The correct answer is C. x = 9.

To find this first distribute the numbers on the outside of the parenthesis.

-4(6x + 3) = -12(x + 10)

-24x - 12 = -12x - 120

Now move all the constant values to the right and all of the x values to the left.

-24x - 12 = -12x - 120

-24x = -12x - 108

-12x = -108

Now divide by -12 to solve

x = 9
