The sum of the measures of the exterior angles of a polygon, taken one per vertex, is 360.

z - 13 + z + 10 + z = 360

3z - 3 = 360

3z = 363

z = 121

z - 13 = 121 - 13 = 108

Answer: z - 13 = 108 degrees
