To find 15 L increased by 60%, we do:
15*1000 = 15 000
15 000 * 0.6 = 9 000
15 000 + 9 000 = 24 000
24 000 / 1 000 = 24 L
15 L increased by 60% is 24 L

'of' means mulitply
60% times 15
