The answer is 9 times. If u struggle w probability like I do u can do it a different way w/our decimals. (Only works for 25,50 and 75%). U can take 25 and know it’s 1/4 of one hundred. U take the 4 and divide. 36/4 = 9. This way is easier for me but if I like the decimal way the. Go for it. My mind works in mysterious ways. ;)
