replied we would cover Verb Tenses. "Very good!" the teacher praised John. The teacher explained
that the verbs were the action words in a sentence that described what the subject was doing. The
teacher asked Issaach to explain what he knew about tense. Issaach explained that tense indicated
the time when an action had taken place. "Excellent explanation!" the teacher commended Issaach.
