Conditions to consider if a patient does not respond to fluid therapy:
a) Renal failure, liver failure, pancreatitis
b) Hypertension, diabetes, hyperthyroidism
c) Dehydration, gastrointestinal bleeding, vasovagal syncope
d) Cardiac tamponade, tension pneumothorax, pulmonary embolism
